• How long do your repairs take?
  ‍Repairs take any where between 30-45 days depending on the difficulty of the repair. For some more extensive restorations, new hardware or special leather will have to be ordered.
• What type of materials do you use?
  Our artisans source the finest quality leathers and match grain and color as exact as possible to the original. We are experts with luxury goods and have the best resources when it comes to leathers.
• Do you re-dye bags and shoes?
  ‍Yes, we do. Our artisans will carefully evaluate your item via the submitted pictures to understand the material of the item and if dye will take to the item.
• Where are you located?
  Craftyz is technology company with a network of artisans around the United States with specialization in luxury goods. We bridge the gap between your needs and the experts with the skills to fulfill them. We provide you with a label to ship your item directly to the artisan you choose.
• How is the price determined?
  Artisans determine pricing on an item basis. Every item is unique and requires different materials and special attention to detail. Artisans on ou platform do their best to provide a quote that takes the customer’s overall goals into heavy consideration. Quotes include a menu of all the services required to get your item feeling refreshed.  It is up to you on how much or how little you want to go forward with.
• When do I pay for my repair?
  We  require a 50% deposit upfront to get your order started. The remainder of the payment is due once the work is completed and you have reviewed and approved the before and after pictures.
• Do you have a physical store that I can drop off at?
  At Craftyz, we build the technology that facilitates the exchange between you and your chosen artisan. As such, we do not have a physical store or drop off location.
